Eamonn O’Rourke is a seasoned builder and serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of construction industry experience under his tool belt. He has built houses in Europe and North America managing $45M+ in construction projects. With a world-class team under his leadership, Eamonn’s new focus is building technology to reshape the industry he came from. He’s been featured in Canadian Contractor, Construction Executive,The Construction Life podcast, and more. When he’s not burning the midnight oil, you can find him with one of his four children, jamming on his drum set, or building high-end wood furniture.
A former Chamber of Commerce DG and Construction Management Partner, Joelle Chartrand is not only a co-founder but a mentor to every department at RenoRun. From project management to fundraising, her entrepreneurial instinct alongside her psychology background, continues to drive the company forward in her People and Culture role. Joelle shares her love of animals and all things nature and with her four amazing children.
Devlin Chartrand spent nearly a decade working in construction before he co-founded RenoRun. With a focus on business development, he’s played a central role in the company’s recent and rapid expansion. Passionate about renovation and with ninja-like customer service skills, Devlin has the ideal combination of experience and talent for the role. Outside the office, he’s exploring amateur stock trading, tearing up the slopes on his snowboard or embracing new life experiences in nature.
Daniel Shacter brings the analytical and operational rigor of two leading global firms, Deloitte and McKinsey & Co, to RenoRun. He’s well rounded having founded his own venture-backed and now profitable startup, formerly acting as CEO. As an accomplished academic, he’s earned a degree in accounting and finance at McGill, completed his MBA at Oxford University and graduated from the TechStars Startup Accelerator program. Dan is also a tri-athlete and marathon runner, so it seems fitting that he should join RenoRun as COO.
Beth is a customer-obsessed startup veteran with more than 15 years of marketing experience. As a speaker, a mentor, and previous CMO-for-hire consultant, Beth specializes in demand generation and inbound acquisition, with a track record of doubling inbound revenue for companies large and small, across different industries like B2B SaaS and construction. Beth has spoken at major marketing events like SMX and startup accelerators like Founder’s Institute and TechStars AI and been featured in powerhouse publications about women in tech. She’s a proud mom of two, but she knows way more about the Marvel Universe than they do.
Steve came into RenoRun with many experiences encompassing mid-late stage startups and Private Equity turnaround companies under his belt. He established a strong analytical base through his Applied physics degree, a year on Wall Street during the financial crisis, and two years at McKinsey. After, he was looking for more and decided to move to Asia to understand how things worked there. He went on to work for a fashion e-retailer and eventually built their entire back-end and helped streamline a Private Equity restaurant operator in Singapore. On the personal side, he’s an avid crossfitter and scuba diving instructor.
A rugged veteran in the art of product making, David leads RenoRun’s product strategy and implementation. After several years of sailing the stormy waves of the digital world, this privateer joined the RenoRun crew in 2020 with the promise that the oceans would never forget his name once his job was accomplished. Originally from the Old Continent, David pursued training in both engineering and business. Intellectually, he thrives on solving challenges and leading his posse of fellow digital experts in accomplishing the task at hand. He combines this passion with an ever so slightly darker one for combat sports. David loves games, history and joking around with his beloved peers.
