Pricing

A flat rate of $60 is charged per delivery. So, even if you need 2 vans to complete your material order, you will only need to pay $60.

Pricing for our materials is aggregated from all of our distribution points and brands around the city. Our partners are carefully selected based on the quality of their materials, availability, and service. Thanks to our buying power, we are able to get you materials of the highest quality, without all the hassle of supply chains.

If you put in frequent material orders, you could be saving even more on your delivery fees by joining the RenoRun PRO membership. The latter gives you access to unlimited flexible deliveries for $100/month (or $1,000/year). For more details, visit our website or call us at 1-844-RENORUN.

All major credit cards are accepted. We make sure every payment is secure and processed directly through the app during checkout. If you are working on several projects, you can store different credit cards associated with those projects.

Delivery

We try to get your materials delivered to you in as little as 2 hours.

For specific drop instructions, there are a few options:

  1. Using our app, you can specify drop instructions in the checkout as you place your order.
  2. Give us a call at 1-844-RENORUN! We’ll make sure your driver knows about your drop instructions.
  3. Chat with us through the RenoRun app by clicking on the blue “Live Chat” button. Share your drop instructions and order number with us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
  4. Walk-in service can also be specified at checkout. Ground floor walk-ins are available for an additional fee to make your life easier.

We deliver materials using our fleet of vans, flatbeds and booms. Call us if your project requires a custom delivery request that falls outside our catalogue at 1-844-RENORUN.

Order Questions

Need a specialty item? No worries! Using our “Custom Orders” feature in the app, you can put in a request to have your materials picked up from your specialized supplier.

We pick your order! Our drivers are trained to pick only the highest quality of construction supplies.

Tell us what you need to return – we will go pick it up and refund the amount, as long as it has been under 30 days. There is a flat rate of $60 and a 15$ restocking fee for any return.

Absolutely! There are a couple of ways to do so:

  1. Call us at 1-844-RenoRun and have your order number handy. We’ll add the item(s) for you, and make sure it gets delivered along your original order.
  2. Talk with us through our in-app chat. Click on the blue “Live Chat” button to get in touch with our team. Let us know what needs to be added to your original order number, and we’ll get it done for you.

Note: Items can only be added to your order before the driver arrives at one of our distribution centers. If they are added beyond that delay, a new order will simply be created and your goods will be delivered to you ASAP.

You can use our in-app chat to let us know if you run into any problems or have any questions. Our team will reply within 15 minutes during working hours. Please make sure that your notifications on the RenoRun app are enabled, so you don’t miss a response!

Definitely! Through our app, deliveries can be scheduled within any one-hour window in the upcoming week.

Of course. All you need to do is complete a transport-only request, and we’ll make sure to go pick it up for you!

Nope! There are no minimum orders.

Custom Orders are treated and charged on a case-by-case basis.

YES! We want to help you keep your crew onsite doing what they do best, so your coffee runs are on us too. Each delivery comes with our fresh, hot, and delicious signature RenoRun coffees for your workers. A little something extra to look forward to!

We’re here to solve your supply chain problems. That means we’ll take care of the sourcing, ordering, pick-up, and delivery of all the materials that you need. If you can’t find an item in our catalogue, there are two things you can do:

  1. We’re here to source, order, pick-up and deliver almost anything you need. You add anything at all as a Specialty Item in your cart.
  2. We’ll source it and call you with the price before processing the order.

Yes, we can deliver your materials anywhere on the first floor for an additional fee. Pricing is on a case-by-case basis, so please reach out to our team if this is a service you’re interested in. You can call us at 1-844-RENORUN to get your walk-in priced out. Or, select the “Walk-in” option during checkout, and we’ll get in touch with you!

Our standard deliveries are curbside – this means that we drop materials anywhere within 10-20 feet of where we park our truck.

We will not deliver twisted, cracked, or otherwise damaged building materials. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the items you receive, let us know and we will come replace it!

PRO Questions

RenoRun PRO (RRP) is a subscription service for builders who purchase materials multiple times per month. Based on the quantity of materials ordered, builders are able to unlock peace of mind while accessing further net savings and efficiency through this service.

As a RenoRun PRO Customer, you’ll have access to several benefits, which include cost savings and greater work convenience.

Sending your crew to the hardware store, or going there yourself, to pick up materials while on the job can get very expensive! Depending on how many material runs you do per month, you could save thousands of dollars by switching to RenoRun PRO.

Like our regular services, there are no minimum order requirements or criteria needed to benefit from RenoRun PRO.

RenoRun PRO members only pay their subscription fee to get access to unlimited same-day deliveries at no cost. Express and scheduled deliveries are 50% off at $30 per run.

RenoRun PRO subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Please contact our Customer Service department if you would like to cancel your subscription:

  • Call 1-844-RenoRun to reach us during regular business hours.
  • You can also send us an email at orders@renorun.com, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

RenoRun PRO returns are handled like any other. Let us know what you would like to return, and we’ll come pick it up. You will then receive a refund on the amount (as long as it has been less than 30 days). There is a flat rate of $60 for any pick-ups for returned items. However, should you ever get an item that does not meet quality standards, we will replace it free of charge.

Our dedicated customer service team monitors and tracks deliveries closely. You will be alerted as soon as any potential delays arise, and will be given a fair heads up if we need to reschedule.

Your RenoRun PRO subscription automatically renews on the date you subscribed – either on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on how your membership was set up. Automatic renewal is meant to create a more seamless experience, but it is possible to cancel any time. To cancel your RenoRun PRO subscription, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-844-RENORUN.

To upgrade from a monthly to annual subscription, please call our customer service team at 1-844-RENORUN. Once your paid month passes, you will be charged for your yearly membership. Moving forward, your subscription will automatically renew on a yearly basis. You can cancel your yearly PRO membership at any time, but will not be refunded your subscription fee.
